This Privacy Policy explains what information Viral+ ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. We collect only what is needed to operate the app.
Account data: your email address (via Google Sign-In or email/password) and a unique account identifier. Profile data: your Instagram username and the content niche, interests, and follower figures you provide during onboarding. Activity data: coin balance, level, streaks, orders, and transaction history. Proof data: screenshots you upload as proof of completed actions. Purchase data: a transaction identifier from the app store (we never receive or store card details).
To authenticate you, operate the coin economy, deliver and verify completed actions, process in-app purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.
We show rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Where required, we ask for consent before serving personalized ads.
We share data only with providers that help us run the app: Supabase (authentication, database, storage), Google (sign-in and AdMob), and Apple App Store / Google Play (purchases). They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data is stored securely with our backend provider. Proof screenshots are kept in a private bucket accessible only to you, the buyer of the related order, and our moderation team. We retain data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. For full deletion details, see our Data Deletion & Retention page.
You can sign out anytime and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and data via our Delete Your Account page or by emailing contact@viralplus.app. Depending on your region you may have rights under the GDPR or CCPA.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
