This page explains how to request deletion of your Viral+ account (the app published on Google Play by Viral Plus) and the data linked to it. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Steps to request deletion

  1. Use your account email. Submit from the same email you signed in with (Google Sign-In or email/password) so we can verify you own the account.
  2. Fill the form below — or email contact@viralplus.app with the subject "Delete my account".
  3. Confirm the checkbox acknowledging deletion is permanent and remaining coins are forfeited.
  4. Watch for our verification email. We may email you to confirm ownership before deleting.
  5. Deletion processed within 30 days. We email you once your account and data are removed.

By submitting you confirm you own this account. We may email you to verify before deleting.
